I signed up for fox nation on my roku device

When I try to open fox nation app it says app has encountered an error

Short summary:

  1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote to open the main screen.
  2. Scroll up or down and select Settings.
  3. Press the right arrow button and select System.
  4. Press the right arrow button and select Power.
  5. Press the right arrow button and select System Restart.
  6. Press the right arrow button and select Restart.
  7. Press the OK button to confirm.
  8. If the issue persists, unplug your Roku TV and wait for 60 seconds.
  9. Plug the Roku TV back in.
  10. If the issue continues, uninstall the FoxNation app.
    Press Home on your Roku remote.
    Select Streaming Channels to open the Channel Store.
    Locate the FoxNation app and press OK on your remote.
    Select Remove channel and confirm the selection when prompted.
  11. Restart your Roku device.
  12. Install the FoxNation app again from the Channel Store.
  13. If the issue still persists, perform a soft reset on your Roku device.

I cancelled the subscription and then reactivated it. It still does the same thing.

Please follow these steps:

  • Press the Home button on your remote to open the main screen.
  • Scroll up or down and select Settings
  • Press the right arrow button and select System
  • Press the right arrow button and select Power
  • Press the right arrow button and select System Restart
  • Press the right arrow button and select Restart
  • Press the OK button to confirm

Could my password be too short? It is only 6 digits long

It can be too short, but if the system doesn't have the error with that it is ok, I think.
Could you please Unplug your Roku TV, wait 60 seconds and then plug it back in?

Good, I have one more option to do if this won't help.

I even updated the payment using the same credit card and that did not help

  • Press Home on your Roku remote.
  • Select Streaming Channels to open the Channel Store.
  • Locate the channel you wish to remove and press OK on your remote.
  • Select Remove channel and confirm the selection when prompted.

I found it in featured subscriptions in the streelaming channels and it won't let me delete it.
Also when I click on it, it wants me to start a free trial

Could it be you've paid for the wrong subscription?

When I go to the main fox nation and I press the * button, It gives me the option to cancel the subscription
Under manage subscriptions

Then please make sure you downloaded the right FoxNation app to your Roku.

How about if I cancel and try to subscribe on my apple TV instead?
Would that work?

Oh, wait, you can try to add that app on your TV and just log it to it with your account, don't delete your subscription before you try this.
