In order to request a refund from Youtube TV, please go to https://www.youtube.com/refund/tv and fill out the form.
You can cancel the Youtube TV subscription via these steps:

  1. Open the YouTube TV app on your Android device, or go to tv.youtube.com a web browser.
  2. Select your profile photo.
  3. Go to Settings and then Membership.
  4. Click Manage.
  5. Click Cancel membership and then Cancel.


But firstly, please, request a refund.
