Please, follow the instructions below:
- Unplug the power cable from the modem.
- Wait 2-3 minutes for the modem to fully power off.
- Reconnect the power cable to the modem.
- Wait for the Internet light to turn solid, then check if the internet is working properly.
OK I have called the Internet people Suddenlink to help me with the problem they have done all of this that you’re asking me to do then they gave me the number to you and your telephone number will not connect to y’all so now I’m online with you and you’re telling me to do the same thing and it’s not fixing the problem
