I just signed up added netflix to computer and tv, it is on computer but not tv

Let’s try to soft reset your TV:

  • To do this please unplug your TV from the wall and wait 60 seconds.
  • While unplugged, press and hold the power button on the TV for 30 seconds. After the minute is up, plug your TV back in.
