I have forgot my pin number, as I set the phone up months ago but never used, how do I get passed this point

have no sim card in it and has never being used

Short summary:

  1. Make sure your Aspera AS6 phone is turned off completely. Press and hold the power button for about 20 seconds until the phone turns off.
  2. Press and hold the volume down and power keys together for a few seconds.
  3. When the Aspera logo is displayed, release the buttons.
  4. You will see a menu on the screen. Use the volume up and volume down keys to navigate through the menu options.
  5. Look for an option called "Recovery Mode" and press the power button to select it. If you don't see this option, try selecting the "Reboot" option instead.
  6. If the "Reboot" option doesn't work, repeat the steps again and make sure to follow the instructions precisely.
  7. Once you enter the Recovery Mode, you will see a new set of menu options. Look for an option that mentions "eMMC" or "Clear eMMC."
  8. Select the eMMC option, and it will clear everything and restore your phone to factory settings. Please note that this will delete all data on your phone.
  9. Wait for the process to complete. After the factory reset, your phone should no longer be locked.
  10. Power on your phone and go through the initial setup process. You should be able to use your phone without any lock or PIN code.

Top answer

I see.
In this case, we can try to do a hard reset to unlock your phone. But I should warn you, all the data will be deleted in this case, so basically it will be like a new phone
Do you want to try it?

Customer Replay

that's ok

Got you, let's start then

Customer Replay

nothing on the phone is important
