I am having no luck getting the internet established on my LGTN5155-PZ

My internet went doen last week and all my other equipment have taken up the router password except this particular TV can you through some light on this for me?

Try these steps, please:

  1. Turn Off the Quick Start feature by pressing Settings button on your remote > All Settings > General > Quick Start > Off.
  2. Power cycle the TV by turning it off, unplugging for 1 minute and plugging back in.
  3. After Power cycle turn on your TV and try to connect to WiFi again.
