Cant connect other devices to either iPhone or iPad

Please, follow the instructions below:

1. On your iPhone, go to the Settings menu. Tap on General > Network
2. On the Network, tab go to Cellular > Personal Hotspot
3. Go back to the General screen and click on ‘Bluetooth’.
4. On your iPad, go to Settings and turn on Bluetooth.
5. Give the iPad a few minutes to scan for the iPhone. Make sure the six-digit number on both devices is
   the same.
6. Lastly, go ahead to pair the devices and sync data.
